This is what I mean about "The" Best Customer Service. And, you're replying to work emails on a Sunday evening! (I do that, too :)) I was on the phone with Cindy just before the driver was due to arrive. She was so excited. It's a long story (one that I'm sure your poor driver will be listening to ;)), but I'll be there in spirit with her for the show.

One day, I'll get back again to visit the US, and now I know where to find a good car hire for Sonoma and surrounds :)
